I'm Vincent Sica, founder of ForgeHorizon. I've spent almost ten years in cybersecurity and hold a master's in education, which is a rare combination: I understand both the technical bar these certifications demand and the science of how people actually learn and retain. Over the years I watched hundreds of students fail, and it was almost never about intelligence or effort. They failed because they had no direction, no structure, and no one keeping them honest. I built ForgeHorizon to fix exactly that.
I know what real dedication looks like, because I've lived it on the road for more than 30 years.
I'm a lifelong competitive runner with over 100 races behind me, from track races to marathons. Anyone who has trained seriously for an endurance event already understands the truth at the heart of ForgeHorizon: results don't come from motivation or talent. They come from showing up on the days you don't feel like it, following a plan, and being accountable to the work long after the excitement wears off. Training for a marathon and studying for a hard certification are the same discipline wearing different clothes.
